3. Pricing, Fees & Payment 

Q: Is the quoted FOB price the final per-piece price? Are there any hidden charges?

A: We pride ourselves on 100% transparent pricing. As you are dealing directly with the manufacturer, the FOB price quoted is the final per-piece cost for the agreed-upon quantity.

 There are absolutely no hidden fees for our standard products. Additional charges will only apply if you request specific customizations (e.g., custom packaging, special logo printing,

 or new molds), and these will always be clearly communicated upfront.

Q: What payment methods do you accept for B2B bulk orders?

A: For bulk B2B orders, we typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We can discuss specific payment terms once we establish our partnership.

4. Samples & Production Lead Time 

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order? What are the sample and shipping costs?

A: Yes, we highly encourage you to evaluate our manufacturing quality firsthand. We charge a nominal upfront fee for the sample itself, plus the express shipping cost (via DHL/FedEx,

 etc.). The great news is that this sample fee is fully refundable and will be directly deducted from the total of your official bulk order.

Q: What is your standard production time after order confirmation?

A: Because we control the production lines here in Hebei, our turnaround times are fast. Small trial orders or standard items can often be ready in 7–10 days. For larger standard bulk

 orders or customized items, production typically takes 15–25 days.

Q: What is the packaging data (CBM, Gross Weight, and Pieces per Carton)?

 product, we will immediately provide you with a precise packing list from our warehouse so you can calculate your logistics accurately.

-Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): The most cost-effective for bulk orders.
